- Project planning of tasks to achieve deadlines
- Knowledge and understanding of the CNC process (must)
- Knowledge of how to program tooling paths (Milling or Turning)
- Creative problem solving when thinking in 3D
- Strong understanding of design drawings (e.g. plans, elevations and sections)

- Responsible to explore and penetrate new markets
- Prepare quotation as per customer request
- To conduct market research, customer satisfaction survey as assigned
- To ensure all customer complaints are being addressed and replied on timely manner
- Responsible in providing excellent customer service through responding to customer's enquiry, making appointments and after sales service
